Take Route 40 West to business exit Brownsville. Follow the exit ramp to the first stop light on Market Street. Turn left onto Brownsville Avenue. Make the next turn right onto Charles Street. The library is across the street from the post office.

From Monessen:

Take Route 70 West to Route 43 South to Route 40 East. Take Route 40 East to the Brownsville Exit. Follow the exit ramp to the stop sign and turn left. Go to the first stop light on Market Street. Turn left onto Brownsville Avenue. Make the next turn right onto Charles Street. The library is across the street from the post office.
